Our brownstone apartment exudes timeless charm with its antique hardware that is over a century old. Every detail has been meticulously crafted to create the perfect ambiance — from the authentic mail slots and vintage lighting to the call buttons that grant access to the building.

Upon entering the brownstone lobby, there is a staircase and two opposing apartment doors. The apartment has practical lighting and can be independently lit using the overhead rigging. It is also insulated for sound. The space features working windows and various doors, offering flexibility for diverse scenes. While it has been utilized for iconic productions, the Apartment has also served as office space, make-up and hair, school rooms for younger actors, and a background holding area.

This versatile location provides filmmakers with a rich, adaptable environment, making it an invaluable asset for a wide range of storytelling needs.
