[Overview]

Set 88 is 3,000 feet of indoor space located behind eight storefront facades. This adaptable area is available for a wide range of purposes, including transforming exterior facades into interior sets, hosting full art galleries, serving as background holding areas, providing hair and make-up stations, and accommodating event spaces.

Ideal for photoshoots, it features a permanently installed area for seamless backdrops and a wrap-around 50’ curtain (20’ height to grid) within the structure that can be used for blue/green screen effects or other colors.

Additionally, permanent soft boxes and rigging track are installed overhead to accommodate any lighting design needs. This three-story structure includes catwalks and a rooftop, with exterior rigging designed for quick day-to-night transitions, ensuring your production stays on schedule
