[Overview]

Building 226 shares a room with the Darryl Zanuck theater, the largest theater at the FOX Studio Lot, and was the production home of the comedy hit Modern Family (2009–2020). The production offices feature overhead exposed industrial elements with ample natural light. There is plenty of open space for meetings and creative problem solving as well as lighter moments in between.
